It was a fast and challenging course! I missed the first cone of the slolam just before the sweeper myself. In my first run I had a DNF, second I killed a cone, then my third was my best lap. This was a fun track! The first portion had a high-speed slalom with a chicane in the middle. Trying to get through the chicane while maintaining speed was a challenge! I hit one of the cones with my right rear tire several times. Another challenge was a short 3-cone slalom at the far end of the course. Lots of drivers missed the first cone of the slalom throughout the day. I messed up on my second run and got a DNF for the lap. The issue was that the first cone kind of blended in with the outside edge of the course. If a driver didn’t seek it out as they approached it, it was easy to miss! The second half of the course involved high speed sweepers with transitions from left to right. Entry to the final slalom was also challenging because of the speed as you entered the right-hand turn. You had to turn rather sharply while keeping the rear tires stuck. Lots of fun!
